Haiku’s

Life has thrown a few curve-balls lately and I have been highly emotional but here’s one thing that has offered a quick ‘pick-me-up’ – hope it does for you too 🙂

Haiku One

Reilly, Lisa and I have taken to running around for a few hours shooting random footage.  Originally Reilly had this idea to write haiku’s and then film around our poems but lately I’ve been doing the opposite i.e. using the footage to inspire my haiku’s.

The results have been a lot of fun.  Not only do I get to enjoy being creative while we’re filming together but I’ve taken this opportunity to learn Adobe After Effects & delve more deeply into Premiere leading to the creation of a few bite-sized projects.

  1. I think this is a terrific idea, Meesh! What a great way to practice filmmaking and editing in a non-threatening, playful manner. fun!
